Shipping and Delivery


Each designer reserves the right to work within a 2 weeks window. It is considered on time to arrive 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the estimated date.
Many designers carry stock. It may arrive earlier if on hand. To check stock send us an email with the designer name, style number, size and color as well as your event date.
Remember Bridesmaid dresses like Wedding dresses can take up to six months for production. Although rush options are available at this moment on most gowns, the manufacturer reserves the right to suspend rush options at any given time.
ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The Studio ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Studios ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. Fees may vary by destination.


​Return Policy

When clients have purchased products in-store, not online, the sales of all wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, veils, jewelry, gloves and all other products are final after payment is made and the products leave the store.
Damaged / Defective Merchandise – We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves The Studio. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, we must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the “damaged” merchandise and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All returns must be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. The Studio will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. The Studio will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier.
Canceled Orders – All Wedding Gown orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the merchandise purchase price. Bridal orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee. The Studio reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. The Studio shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.
All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the phone and followed up with a written request. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. If the manufacturer has not shipped your order, and they will not charge us then we will refund 100% of your money. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from the manufacturer’s stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. In most situations it is up to the manufacturer. The Studio has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
